The real KitchenPal app processes ALL payments exclusively through official app stores:

• Apple App Store - for iOS users
• Google Play Store - for Android users

If any website asks you to enter credit card information to use "KitchenPal," it is a SCAM.

The real KitchenPal app:

• ✅ Is 100% FREE to download and use with core features
• ✅ Offers optional premium features you can choose to purchase
• ✅ Clearly shows pricing before any purchase
• ✅ Never tricks or forces you into subscriptions
• ✅ Allows you to cancel anytime through your app store account

The kitchenpal.ai scam website:

• ❌ Forces subscriptions without clear user consent
• ❌ Takes payments outside official app stores (a major red flag)
• ❌ Charges credit cards directly for non-existent or fake services
• ❌ Makes it difficult or impossible to cancel unauthorized subscriptions
• ❌ Uses our brand name to appear legitimate and trick users
• ❌ May steal personal information and payment details

1. Contact Your Bank/Credit Card Company RIGHT NOW
   • Report the charge as fraudulent
   • Request an immediate chargeback
   • Ask to have the card canceled and reissued
   • Monitor your account for additional unauthorized charges
2. Change Your Passwords
   • If you used the same password on the scam site, change it everywhere
3. Report the Fraud

For legitimate KitchenPal subscriptions (purchased through app stores):

4. Find KitchenPal
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap menu icon → Subscriptions
3. Find KitchenPal
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
